Privacy Policy

Framelody is an iPhone app by Panlab Limited that creates music from the outlines of your photos. This policy covers the app, this website and support email.
Your photos and music stay on your device. Framelody does not upload them to us, does not require an account, and has no advertising or analytics SDKs.
Photos, camera and saved music
You choose which photos to open using Apple's photo picker, or allow the camera to take a photo. Outline analysis, music generation and rendering happen on your device. Framelody stores photos, music, settings and the first free-save allowance locally in its Gallery. These files may be included in your device backups according to your Apple settings. We cannot see your Gallery.
Delete an item in the Gallery to remove its locally saved files. Copies you have exported or shared remain wherever you saved or sent them. Deleting a Gallery item does not reset the first free-save allowance. Removing the app deletes its local data; we do not offer a server-based recovery service.
One-time purchases
Apple processes the optional Full Framelody purchase and Restore Purchases. The app checks Apple's verified purchase entitlement to provide access. We do not receive your payment card details, create a customer account, or run a purchase-tracking server. Apple handles billing, purchase history and refunds under its own privacy policy.
Sharing and external links
Sharing a music video or MIDI uses the iOS share sheet. You decide where it goes. The receiving app or service handles that copy under its own policies. Links to Instagram, Apple or other external services are also subject to those services' policies.
Support email
If you email contact@framelody.com, we receive your address, message and any attachments you choose to send. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards this mail to our support inbox hosted by Google. We use it to answer your request and keep relevant correspondence while needed for support or applicable obligations. Please avoid sending private photos or payment details. You can request deletion of your support correspondence by emailing us.
This website
Cloudflare hosts and protects framelody.com. It may process connection information, such as your IP address and request metadata, to deliver and secure the website. We do not add advertising trackers, website analytics, forms or cookies. Cloudflare and Google process information according to their respective policies.
Children, changes and contact
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Purchases use Apple's purchase controls. We will update this page when our practices change and show the effective date above.
